In Luke 5:5, Simon responded to Jesus’ command to let down the nets by saying, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” (NIV) How do we respond when God tells us to do something? Do we respond with unquestioning obedience?

Using Scripture(s) from the Lectionary, we will encounter Jesus and one another as we look at who God is and what He is doing in our everyday lives. Join us for a relaxing yet stimulating time as we share our hearts, lives, and encounters with one another and with the Lord. Please bring your Bible to class; all other materials for this class will be provided. Join us for large group time, small group time, prayer time and delicious food!
